Counseling

I am a Licensed Professional Counselor, LPC and a Licensed Addictions Counselor, LAC in Colorado. I have 18 years of training and experience in the mental health field. I use CBT, DBT and trauma informed therapies in my work. I can see you through Sondermind which takes health insurance, or do a self pay session.

Coaching

I have 18 years experience in working with clients through mental and behavioral health therapies. I trained as a Dance Movement Therapist in school and have begun studying the Journey Method, as well as other energy healing modalities. I also study Ayurveda. I am knowledgeable about 12 step work, Buddhist thought and spirituality.
